This new site has been in the works for a few weeks now and I’m happy to announce that we’re live! A few of the new features I’ve added into the new Solid State Photography site are:

• A blog page! My old site was limited in the fact that I could post pictures, but not tell the story behind the events I would shoot or pictures I would take. This fancy new blog feature will allow me to do that and I’m excited to share my thoughts with you guys!
• Improved portfolio pages! I wanted something that flowed a little nicer than the portfolio pages I had on the old site. I especially dig the new “sliders” on the top of the main page, contact and about pages. Adds a neat effect and puts some of my pictures right in front of your eyeballs once you visit the site.
• New Contact Page! I had some minor problems in the past with my old contact page where people would forget to include their email an inquiry, that’s all fixed in the new contact section! (plus the top slider addition is a cool little diddy)
• New Look! Although similar to the old design, this one is structured around WordPress which allows me to add more functionality & customization to the site over time. Plus, it just plain looks cooler!
